2023年815日上午7:00時,四川九綿高速LJ25合同段,花園壩大橋右幅幅鋼箱梁跨中合攏段順利就位合攏,標志著LJ25合同段全部鋼箱梁吊裝順利完成

2021117日陽塘壩大橋鋼箱梁纜索吊裝系統(tǒng)正式啟動,承載著左線3號墩0號塊約60T重鋼箱梁的天車平穩(wěn)提升,緩緩滑行,準確就位。2023813日花園壩右幅合攏段準確就位,歷經(jīng)1年9個月時間,鋼箱梁吊裝順利完成。

LJ25合同段共三座鋼箱梁橋,分別為溝家灣大橋、陽塘壩大橋、花園壩大橋,三座鋼箱梁用Q420qD鋼板及Q235D鋼板13000余噸。其中溝家灣大橋、陽塘壩大橋主橋長230m,分左右幅,跨徑組合為(60+110+60m,花園壩大橋主橋全長196m,分左右幅,跨徑組合為(40+110+40m。左幅、右幅主橋均采用三跨鋼-砼組合連續(xù)梁橋。左幅、右幅主橋鋼-砼組合梁采用變截面梁型式,梁高由中支墩0號塊處6m高,按三次拋物線變化至中跨跨中(及邊跨端)3m高。左幅主梁寬度為12.6m,右幅橋主橋主梁寬度為13.65~23.86m。吊裝全過程采用纜索懸拼施工,在川內(nèi)尚屬“首例”,鋼砼組合梁安裝時可能出現(xiàn)各種不利因素和安全質(zhì)量風險。

在鋼箱梁吊裝推進過程,由于在廠家加工過程中,采用長線法無應力狀態(tài)的加工方法,在現(xiàn)場懸拼按切線法有應力進行的安裝,前一梁段的高程誤差必然會影響后續(xù)梁段的高程,所以鋼箱梁節(jié)段安裝精度問題是總監(jiān)辦需要面對的主要問題,總體思路為,及時通過調(diào)節(jié)段先阻止趨勢、再調(diào)整線形的方法進行。

為此,針對安裝精度問題,總監(jiān)辦深入一線,對現(xiàn)場問題認真了解,聽取各單位意見和建議,邀請經(jīng)驗豐富專家召開多次專家咨詢會。確定解決問題方案為:一是墩位梁0號塊吊裝前,必須認真測量墊石頂面高程、平整度,臨時固結(jié)塊的平面位置、高程、規(guī)格及尺寸以及預埋的精軋螺紋鋼的位置及高度,如不符合設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求,及時采取相應有效措施規(guī)范處理至復檢合格;二是永久支座安裝及焊接質(zhì)量、平整度、頂面高程、灌漿的飽滿度等檢項指標應符合設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求。預置的用于臨時固結(jié)的預應力鋼絞線,應提前檢查其長度是否滿足施工要求,吊裝橋應對鋼絞線進行試張拉,如有達不到設(shè)計力值,甚至出現(xiàn)拉脫現(xiàn)象,應研討相應處理方案精心處理。三是邊跨臨時支架墩頂梁段吊裝前,精準測量墩頂高程,預判落梁梁底與其間隙高度,提前準備相對大塊的厚度不同的鋼板,保證支墊平穩(wěn)牢固無傾覆跌落隱患。四是晝夜溫度對懸臂梁段的高程影響較大,并隨著懸臂長度的增長而顯著增大。為提高鋼箱梁安裝精度,一定要選擇在氣溫相對穩(wěn)定的時段,早晨(9 點前)和晚上(18 點后)進行。同時加快鋼箱梁段的安裝速度,減少起重索溫度變化的影響。五是吊裝過程中,根據(jù)施工方案確定的監(jiān)控線形一定要正值控制,務(wù)必不得低于模擬線形標高,否則后期橋鋪線形不好調(diào)整。六是每兩個節(jié)段一定增設(shè)半孔調(diào)節(jié)板,重新配孔便于調(diào)節(jié)監(jiān)控標高和橫坡。七是現(xiàn)場二拼工作很重要,做到精準復拼,要做到2+1復拼,最低要做到1+1復拼,減少安裝誤差,同時復拼過程中箱梁橫斷面上任意選取兩個測點,其橫坡均應為設(shè)計橫坡,而不能以最外側(cè)的兩個腹板平均橫坡作為整個箱梁節(jié)段的橫坡。

鑒于采用纜索吊裝懸拼施工工藝進行大跨徑變截面鋼砼組合連續(xù)梁施工屬川內(nèi)首次,總監(jiān)辦在過程控制中與施工方均對鋼—砼組合梁安裝時可能出現(xiàn)的各種不利因素和安全質(zhì)量風險進行了廣泛討論。在安裝過程中總結(jié)的做法對鋼箱梁能順利推進起到了關(guān)鍵作用,著也是山區(qū)懸索吊裝鋼箱梁施工的重要科研案例工程,為以后山區(qū)同類橋梁施工總結(jié)了重要經(jīng)驗。

padding: 0px; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 1.8;\"><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.8; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;\"><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; line-height: 1.8;\"><span style=\"font-family:仿宋_GB2312\">為此,針對安裝精度問題,總監(jiān)辦深入一線,對現(xiàn)場問題認真了解,聽取各單位意見和建議,邀請經(jīng)驗豐富專家召開多次專家咨詢會。確定解決問題方案為:一是墩位梁</span><span style=\"font-family:仿宋_GB2312\">0號塊吊裝前,必須認真測量墊石頂面高程、平整度,臨時固結(jié)塊的平面位置、高程、規(guī)格及尺寸以及預埋的精軋螺紋鋼的位置及高度,如不符合設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求,及時采取相應有效措施規(guī)范處理至復檢合格;二是永久支座安裝及焊接質(zhì)量、平整度、頂面高程、灌漿的飽滿度等檢項指標應符合設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求。預置的用于臨時固結(jié)的預應力鋼絞線,應提前檢查其長度是否滿足施工要求,吊裝橋應對鋼絞線進行試張拉,如有達不到設(shè)計力值,甚至出現(xiàn)拉脫現(xiàn)象,應研討相應處理方案精心處理。三是邊跨臨時支架墩頂梁段吊裝前,精準測量墩頂高程,預判落梁梁底與其間隙高度,提前準備相對大塊的厚度不同的鋼板,保證支墊平穩(wěn)牢固無傾覆跌落隱患。四是晝夜溫度對懸臂梁段的高程影響較大,并隨著懸臂長度的增長而顯著增大。為提高鋼箱梁安裝精度,一定要選擇在氣溫相對穩(wěn)定的時段,早晨(9 點前)和晚上(18 點后)進行。同時加快鋼箱梁段的安裝速度,減少起重索溫度變化的影響。五是吊裝過程中,根據(jù)施工方案確定的監(jiān)控線形一定要正值控制,務(wù)必不得低于模擬線形標高,否則后期橋鋪線形不好調(diào)整。六是每兩個節(jié)段一定增設(shè)半孔調(diào)節(jié)板,重新配孔便于調(diào)節(jié)監(jiān)控標高和橫坡。七是現(xiàn)場二拼工作很重要,做到精準復拼,要做到2+1復拼,最低要做到1+1復拼,減少安裝誤差,同時復拼過程中箱梁橫斷面上任意選取兩個測點,其橫坡均應為設(shè)計橫坡,而不能以最外側(cè)的兩個腹板平均橫坡作為整個箱梁節(jié)段的橫坡。</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p style=\"margin: 0pt 0pt 0.0001pt;
