text-indent: 37px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"line-height: 33px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;\">綿九高速公路地質構造在大地構造位置上隸屬于揚子地臺與松潘甘孜地槽褶皺系、秦嶺地槽褶皺系的交匯交匯部位,位于虎牙斷裂帶的東側;綿九高速公路與龍門山構造(斷裂)帶的關系:線路橫跨龍門山構造帶。我們所轄的24、25、26合同段線路位于龍門山后山大斷裂帶內</span></span></span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;\">(<span style=\"background: white;\">汶川--茂縣--平武--青川<span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">)</span></span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"line-height: 33px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;\"><span style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">;</span></span>(見圖片)地質構造復雜,區域內經歷了多次地質構造運動期(如燕山運動,喜山運動等大的構造運動期),龍門山構造帶經歷了多次大地震,如1933年8月25日疊溪地震;1976年8月16日松潘平武地震;2008年5月12日汶川大地震等;由于受構造運動影響,區域內褶曲、斷裂等構造十分發育,特別是龍門山斷裂構造最為突出,其斷裂規模大,破碎帶寬,活動性強,形成一系列不同形態,方向,性質,級別,序次的褶曲、斷裂構造,這些構造對地層造成了極大的破壞,對隧道掘進影響極大,如龍門山中央斷裂距離邊家坪隧道出口僅1.5LM。</span></span></span></span></span></p><p style=\"text-align: left; text-indent: 37px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"line-height: 33px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;\">由于受地質構造影響強烈,次級構造(包括隧道掌子面揭露的小構造)發育,軟質巖(如絹云千枚巖)內還發育多條韌性剪切破碎帶,隧道在掘進過程中不可避免地會遇到圍巖斷裂,褶曲等局部的小構造,而正是這些局部的小構造致使掌子面掘進工作中產生坍塌、冒落、涌水等地質災害,嚴重威脅安全生產和隧道正常掘進;在隧道掌子面出現的小構造,有的可以看到全貌;有的只能看到局部,但它們都對隧道掘進造成了安全威脅并影響掘進速度,下面以實際案例作詳細闡述。</span></span></span></span></span></p><p style=\"text-align: left; text-indent: 28px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"line-height: 33px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;\">路基25合同段杏樹山隧道進口左、右洞</span></span></strong><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;\">:在掘進過程中,先后遇到斷層,褶曲等地質構造(見照片),致圍巖(以灰-灰黑色薄層狀絹云千枚巖為主夾少量脈狀和團塊狀石英巖)呈破碎-較破碎,局部極破碎,巖體出現擾曲扭曲變形,無自穩能力;掌子面出現圍巖坍塌、冒落,地下水增大加快軟化圍巖等現象,嚴重威脅施工安全,無法正常掘進;經業主代表,監理,設計代表,項目部人員現場觀察后確定:變更襯砌類型,提高支護強度,加強超前支護(變單層小導管為雙層小導管),以“短進尺,弱爆破”等手段通過小構造影響破壞等不良地質帶。</span></span></span></span></span></p><p style=\"text-align: left; font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 19px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 仿宋;\">:在隧道掘進至</span>ZK169+476-ZK169+466處,掌子面圍巖(灰-深灰色薄-中厚層狀絹云千枚巖)發生大面積坍塌、冒落且伴有點滴-線流狀地下水流出,無法安全施工,進度受阻;其原因就是隧道近鄰龍門山中央斷裂帶,隧道附近主要有高莊復向斜和轎子頂復背斜,受構造影響強烈,圍巖受構造擠壓產生褶曲、離層,圍巖整體性極差,多呈碎裂狀,巖體無自穩能力(見下圖);應對措施:為了保證安全施工,盡量減少坍塌,決定采取“短進尺,弱爆破”的方法繼續掘進,同時將原設計襯砌類型X5c變更為X5b,超前支護由單層超前注漿小導管變更為雙層超前注漿小導管,此舉一是加強初支強度,二是加強超前支護,以應對地下水軟化圍巖而造成圍巖離層坍塌。(注:現場圍巖情況與超前地質預報[HSP第2020-02期]中預報的有“軟弱破碎帶發育及可能有地下水出露,開挖時易存在掉塊、滑塌風險”基本吻合。)</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 33px; font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 19px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 仿宋;\">:</span>2020年8月8日平南隧道出口右洞掌子面發生坍塌,打垮鋼拱架多榀,垮塌的鋼拱架壓在打鉆臺車上,致臺車無法移出。(見下圖)。坍塌現場情況:從掌子面拱頂中部至掌子面右側伴隨巖塊冒落地下水呈小股狀流出,掌子面右側拱頂局部坍塌,形成高4.5m,寬4m,深6m的V字形塌腔。坍塌原因分析:(1)隧址區發育有兩條斷層和兩條韌性剪切破碎帶:F23、F24;E12、E13;巖體在構造擠壓作用下,層間發生摩擦,在巖體表面可見檫痕,(2)爆破產生的裂隙溝通地下水水力通道,致掌子面地下水增大;(3)掌子面圍巖以灰-灰綠色薄層狀絹云千枚巖為主,夾有少量灰色薄-中厚層狀泥質灰巖;圍巖節理裂隙發育,圍巖整體性極差,無自穩能力,(4)地下水侵蝕加快圍巖軟化、離層,最后在施工(人為擾動)時產生坍塌。</span></p><p style=\"padding: 0px; text-align: left; line-height: 33px; text-indent: 37px; -ms-text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 19px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 仿宋;\">應對措施;(</span>1)掌子面暫停施工,待坍塌結束,圍巖穩定后再行處理。(2)K177+172.2—K177+169.2段已施工初期支護進行拆除。K177+172—K177+162段支護類型由原設計Z4b(I16工字鋼,間距1m)變更為Z5b(I18b工字鋼,間距0.6m),超前支護變更為70根雙層φ42*4mm注漿小導,管,縱向間距1.2m,并在塌腔位置預留2根注漿管,待該段初支完畢后在初支背面泵送1m深的C25混凝土。</span></p><p style=\"padding: 0px; text-align: left; line-height: 33px; text-indent: 28px; -ms-text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 19px; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: 仿宋;\">結論:</span></span><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; -ms-text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 19px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 仿宋;\"> 1、由于綿九高速公路線路橫跨龍門山構造帶,受構造影響強烈;隧道掘進過程中必然會遇到次級構造(小構造)的影響,隧道內存在斷層褶曲及韌性剪切破碎帶,對隧道安全順利掘進會產生較大的影響;</span></span></p><p style=\"padding: 0px;
